Limonlu Dana Eti (Lemon Veal)
Ingredients
- 6 or more pieces veal
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup olive oil
- 6 round slices of lemon
- parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil meat in salted water for five minutes. Drain and fry well in hot oil. Arrange meat in dish, placing 1 lemon slice on top of each piece. Sprinkle top with crushed garlic and garnish with parsley. Serve with rice.
