Pacanga Boregi – Pastrami Pastry
Ingredients
- 150 gr. grated yellow cheese
- 200 gr. pastromi – like beef
- Springs of “yufka” (philo dough)
- Tomato
Directions
Cut tomato, green pepper and parsley into thin slices. Add grated yellow cheese and pastrami than mix them together. Divide yufka into 4 pieces. Put the mixture on it and roll each of them than fry them until golden brown on both sides. Drain well.
